- Sold with a reusable roller storage container to avoid having to clean between coats of paint, saving you time and water
- Achieve a smooth quality finish
Available in 180mm, 230mm and 270mm
Nap: 12mm"
Ideal for painting broad interior and exterior surfaces such as walls and ceilings. Use with flat, matt or low sheen water and oil based paints.
Firstly wash the roller before use in recommended paint solvent (e.g. water or turps) and roll out several times to ensure the cover is free from dust and any loose particles. Dry the roller off on newspaper or a cloth; a small amount of water/turps left on the roller will aid in initial paint pick up.
Load paint onto the roller from a paint tray, ensuring that the roller has a good even coverage of paint.
Apply the paint in a zigzag pattern so you form a large M or W. Then even out the paint on the wall by 'laying off the paint' by rolling in one direction, from top to bottom, before reloading the roller.
Between coats store the roller in the container provided to prevent paint drying -wrapping roller first in cling-wrap helps keep the container clean.
When finished painting, wash the roller thoroughly and stand on it’s end to dry, before storing in container provided.
Never allow paint to dry on the roller. Clean the roller immediately after painting.
Remove surplus paint from roller using the RotaCota Rolla Easy Clean Cleana.
Thoroughly clean cover in recommended paint solvent then wash in warm soapy water and rinse in clean water.
To dry Spin dry on cage frame, or roll over newspaper. Make sure roller is completly dry before storing in reusable storage container provided.
Tip: If reusing the roller next day, wrap your wet roller in cling-wrap before inserting into the storage container - this helps keep the container clean for future use.
